Key Biscayne- Understanding the Importance of Resilience
The Citizen Science Project of Key Biscayne hosted CLEO last night at the Key Biscayne community center. Over 127 people showed up! CLEO was joined by Dr. Benjamin Kirtman and Julie Dick. Natalia Ortiz, CLEO Director of Development presented the science, how it impacts our lives, and solutions individuals can take to mitigate climate change. Dr. Kirtman took that audience into a deep dive of the science, while Julie discussed Key Biscayne’s opportunity for resilience.
A total of 145 people attended the lecture.
