Climate & Food at The Sacred Space Miami

Climate change is now front and center, and it’s in our best interest to understand it.  The CLEO Institute gave for 1 hour training on climate change and food. The audience got acquainted with the interconnection between climate change and food, learning about global warming, why it’s happening, how it is affecting our daily lives, and how it is impacting our food systems. From the nutritional content of the food we’re eating, to food vulnerability, the food sector is one of the most vulnerable to climate change, but also where the biggest opportunities lie to mitigate the impacts.
